PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage pack which can prevent spilling of salt.SOLUTION: A heat storage pack 10 includes a bag portion 12 having a bag-like shape and formed of canvas, and a heat storage content 20 which contains salt grains and is held in the bag portion. The canvas is thick cloth woven with cotton yarn or hemp yarn. The bag portion 12 is formed by sewing canvas into a square bag-shape. The heat storage content 20 preferably additionally contains loquat leaves, mugwort leaves and rice.
