PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body being compactly storable in a package bag and, when a storage body storing a long object is taken out from the package bag and placed on a storage space such as a tray, allowing a user to easily take out the storage body from the storage space.SOLUTION: The packaging body includes: a storage body 20 for storing a guide wire 1 as a long object clasps for holding the storage body 20 into an annular shape and a package bag for storing the annular-state storage body 20. The annular-state storage body 20 includes: a compressed state where the storage body is compressed in the thickness direction of the package bag and stored in the package bag and an elongated state β where, when the storage body is taken out from the package bag, a part of the annular-state storage body 20 is extended in the thickness direction of the package bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
