SOLUTION: A liquid-permeable top sheet, a non-liquid-permeable back sheet, a main body including an absorber provided between the two sheets, and both side portions of the main body on the top sheet side in the width direction. It is an absorbent article provided with three-dimensional gathers that stand up from the main body, which are arranged along the front-rear direction, and the three-dimensional gathers have a bellows shape that can be expanded and contracted in the upright direction in which a plurality of gather sheets are folded back. It has a base portion fixed to the main body, a tip portion configured to be in contact with the skin in a plane shape, and a main portion between the base portion and the tip portion, and is formed by the folding back.
