PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article for men which can properly arrange a salient-shaped urine receiver for men, on a urination area of an absorbent article, and reduce risk of leakage of a body fluid.SOLUTION: The absorbent article comprises: a top sheet a back sheet and an absorber. The absorbent article comprises at least a pair of three-dimensional gatherings extending in a longitudinal direction, on both end parts of a width direction, and a surface sheet for covering almost whole surface of the top sheet, and being supported by body contact side surfaces of the pair of three-dimensional gatherings, and both end parts of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction.
