PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation cosmetic capable of improving makeup durability under a high-temperature high-humidity condition assumed in summer in which a large amount of sebum or sweat is generated and during exercise or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a foundation cosmetic comprising at least the following components (A) to (C): (A) 0.05 to 5 mass% of a (butyl acrylate/isopropylacrylamide/peg-18 dimethacrylate) crosspolymer； (B) a thickener which is an (Na acrylate/Na acryloyldimethyltaurate) copolymer or a polyacrylate crosspolymer 6 or a mixture thereof； and (C) a feeling improving agent which is a cross-linked methylpolysiloxane or a dimethicone or a mixture thereof, wherein the foundation cosmetic preferably comprises 1 to 5 mass% of a thickener of the component (B) and 0.1 to 1 mass% of a feeling improving agent of the component (C) and further preferably comprises 0.1 to 1 mass% of a refrigerant composed of menthol or a menthol derivative or a mixture thereof as a component (D).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮脂や汗の量が多い夏季、運動時等に想定される高温多湿下での化粧持ちを向上させる下地化粧料の提供。【解決手段】成分（Ａ）～（Ｃ）を少なくとも含有する下地化粧料。（Ａ）０．０５～５質量％の（アクリル酸ブチル／イソプロピルアクリルアミド／ジメタクリル酸ＰＥＧ－１８）クロスポリマー、（Ｂ）、（アクリル酸Ｎａ／アクリロイルジメチルタウリンＮａ）コポリマー若しくはポリアクリレートクロスポリマー６又はこれらの混合物である増粘剤、（Ｃ）架橋型メチルポリシロキサン若しくはジメチコン又はこれらの混合物である感触改良剤。成分（Ｂ）の増粘剤を１～５質量％と成分（Ｃ）の感触改良剤を０．１～１質量％含むことが好ましく、更に成分（Ｄ）としてメントール若しくはメントール誘導体又はこれらの混合物からなる清涼剤を０．１～１質量％を含むことがより好ましい、下地毛粧料。【選択図】図１
