PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracapsular holder for suppressing the risk of developing glaucoma without requiring thinning.SOLUTION: A ring shape intracapsular holder 30 is inserted into a lens capsule of an eyeball and holds the shape of the lens capsule. A groove 31 to which the support arm of an intraocular lens to be mounted inside the lens capsule is fitted is formed in the inner periphery of the ring shape, and a projection 33 having a top part 33a, which is projected in an outer peripheral direction, is formed in the outer periphery of the ring shape.
