PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inclination of an artificial lens by installing the artificial lens in a living-body lens capsule of a patient, the shape and position of which are changed by injury or the like and that is complicated by the cataract to install the artificial lens at a normal position and to correct the biological lens capsule into a normal shape.SOLUTION: An artificial lens device comprising an artificial lens 1, and an inclination stabilizer 2 installed along the outer periphery of the artificial lens 1 and a thread fixing part 3, is installed in a living-body lens capsule and a thread 7 connected to the thread fixing part 3 is passed through a hole provided at a peripheral part of the living-body lens capsule using a surgical needle 8 and ligated to the ciliary body, the sclerotic coat, or the tunica conjunctiva as the peripheral tissue of the lens of an eye so that the artificial lens device is safely installed at a normal position (claim 1). Besides a member provided in the artificial lens device, the artificial lens device includes an arm 4 partially having a circular shape, and a fitting part 5 and a reinforcement part 6, so as to normalize the shape of the damaged living-body lens capsule (claim 2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】外傷等により形状および位置が変化し白内障を併発した患者の生体レンズ嚢中に人工レンズを装着し、前記人工レンズの傾きを少なくすること、および前記人工レンズを正常な位置に設置できること、加えて生体レンズ嚢を正常な形状にすることを実現する。【解決手段】人工レンズ1、並びに前記人工レンズ1の外周に沿って設置した、傾き安定具2、および糸取り付け部3からなる人工レンズ装置を、生体レンズ嚢中に設置し、前記糸取り付け部3に結合した糸7を、手術針8を用いて、生体レンズ嚢の周辺部に設けた穴に通し、眼のレンズの周辺組織である毛様体、強膜または結膜に結索することで、前記人工レンズ装置を正常な位置に安全に設置する(請求項1)。前記人工レンズ装置に具備する部材に加えて、部分円形をしたアーム4、並びに取り付け部5および補強部6を設け、損傷した生体レンズ嚢の形状を正常化する(請求項2)。【選択図】図1
