PURPOSE: Porous rice cake containing seasonings, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily mix the rice cake with sauce when cooking. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of porous rice cake containing seasonings comprises the following steps: soaking rice in water, and removing the extra water from the soaked rice; firstly crushing the rice, and adding 5-25 parts of basic seasonings by weight into 100 parts of crushed rice powder by weight; secondly crushing the mixture to obtain a rice cake base; steaming the rice cake base; molding the steamed rice cake base to have more than one through-hole; and drying the molded rice cake. The basic seasonings include anchovy, mussel, onion, or mushroom. The basic seasonings additionally include an ingredient selected from a beef concentrate, a beef bone concentrate, curry powder, seashell flesh powder, dried walleye powder, pork cutlet powder, dried whole milk, cheese, or fish cake.본 발명은 기본양념을 한 떡 베이스를 증자 후 통공을 갖도록 성형하여 다공질성 떡을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 다공질성 떡에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 다공질성 떡은 영양가가 높고, 요리 시 음식의 양념이 잘 배어들어 깊고 풍부한 맛을 내게 된다.
