The present invention relates to a method for preparing mushroom-shaped fried meat covered by melted cheese, wherein in order to produce a feel and a taste of pizza cheese, an internal sauce is poured to and mixed up with fried meat to prepare mushroom-shaped fried meat and cheese is placed on top to bake the same in an oven and make melted cheese serve as a thick cover like pizza cheese, and then an external sauce is poured again on the melted cheese to prevent the melted cheese from sticking to plastic wrap for convenience of wrap package. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: adding seasoning to meat selected from low fat chicken breasts and pork sirloins to allow the same to be matured and then adding an egg, starch and water to the seasoned meat to knead the same, later frying the kneaded meat with an oil to prepare fried meat (step 1) mixing vinegar, water, soy sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup, red pepper seed oil and capsaicin to boil the mixture and pouring a starch aqueous solution to the boiled mixture to adjust viscosity, and then adding a bell pepper, a cucumber, a carrot, a tomato and an onion to boil the mixture to prepare an internal sauce (step 2) mixing the fried meat up with the inner sauce to prepare a mushroom-shaped fried meat (step 3) placing the mushroom-shaped fried meat of step 3 on a foil arranged on the pan, putting cheese on the top thereof and heating the same in the oven at the temperature of 300°C or more for 4.5 minutes to make a melted cheese having a minimum thickness of 0.3cm (step 4) boiling the remaining inner sauce after used in step 2 for 1 minute and then putting an onion, an cucumber, a carrot, a bell pepper, a black olive and a corn therein to boil the same for 1.5 minutes to prepare an external sauce (step 5) and placing the mushroom-shaped fried meat of step 4 along with the foil on a dish and pouring the external sauce of step 5 to the melted cheese to complete the product (step 6).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
