PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of grains whose quality is deteriorated during storage, and to reduce the number of bacteria adhered to grains.SOLUTION: Grains are characterized by treating the grains with oxygen nano bubble water. The treatment using the oxygen nano bubbles is preferably performed by adhering the oxygen nano bubble water in an amount of 0.01 to 20.0 mass% based on grains to the surfaces of the grains and then leaving the treated grains for 6 to 24 hours. The particle diameters of the nano bubbles of the oxygen nano bubble water are preferably &le50 nm.
