The present invention relates to a nutritive fermented drinking water, a manufacturing method thereof, a raising method of livestock using the same, and a meat acquired by the raising method thereof. The manufacturing method of the nutritive fermented drinking water comprises: a step of manufacturing the grain flour fermented solution (12-18) which is comprised by arranging a grain to collect microorganism inside the leaf mold or fallen leaves which are stacked in the bottom of forest; collecting after passing the predetermined period; storing at the room temperature after collecting the mixed microbial population and adding into a mixed solution of the grain powder and water; a step of manufacturing a fermented restorative solution (22-26) which is comprised by fermenting a restorative plant after adding raw makgeolli and soju; a step of manufacturing a fermented feed solution (32-34) which is comprised by fermenting a feed plant after mixing with the sugar; a step of completing the nutritive fermented drinking water by diluting the grain flour fermented solution, the fermented restorative solution; the fermented feed solution in the water. The present invention has a drastic effect of producing a good quality chicken and pork by providing the fermented water which is mixed with grain flour and the material in which various plants and grains are fermented by using the microorganism as a drinking water after diluting; thereby raising the livestock through water and feed in which the petroleum product like the preservative or the antibiotic are not contained.
