<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for stereo imaging of a test ocular fundus with predetermined parallax through an ocular fundus imaging optical system and three-dimensional shape measurement treatment by using the obtained parallax image, correcting the optical distortion used for actual imaging for making it possible to perform the three-dimensional measurement treatment accurately. <;P>;SOLUTION: An ocular fundus of a test eye E is imaged through a stereographic imaging system after an objective lens 24 and the obtained parallax image is used for three-dimensional measurement treatment in the image processing system, and optical characteristics of human eyes are simulated while the simulated eye 300 is loaded with a gray-scale pattern to a simulated ocular fundus corresponding to the ocular fundus and imaged on stereo through the stereographic imaging optical system. Proof data are formed from the imaged pictures for correcting the shape distortion of the stereographic imaging optical system, and a parallax amount obtained by stereographic imaging of the actual ocular fundus of the test eye is corrected by using the proof data, and three-dimensional measurement treatment is performed by using the parallax image after correcting the shape distortion. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
