<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose farm implement which can control rolling without setting an expensive sensor to an apparatus, such as a direct sowing apparatus 82 or a seedling-planting apparatus 4, capable of being mounted on the body of a tractor. <；P>；SOLUTION: This multi-purpose farm implement includes, in the rear portion of a travel vehicle body 2, a direct sowing apparatus 82 for sowing seeds for several ridges in a field, or a seedling-planting apparatus 4 for planting seedlings for several ridges in the field, in a state capable of being lifted or lowered and being attached to the vehicle body 2； ground leveling rotors 27, 27 for leveling the surface of the field arranged in the rear portion of the vehicle body 2 via rotor-lifting or lowering links 66； and a horizontal sensor 81a attached to the rotor-lifting or lowering link 66.
