The present invention relates to red pepper-mixed seasoning containing gardenia and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein gardenia is added to make better reddish and beautiful color, unique of red peppers in the red pepper-mixed seasoning, such that safety thereof as food is secured, aesthetic sense is enhanced, expectation of reddish spicy taste also arouses appetite significantly, and a beneficial nutrient ingredient of gardenia is additionally contained. For the purpose, the manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a raw material preparation step of preparing raw materials by spraying moisture and humidifying three raw materials composed of grain powder, gardenia powder produced by grinding peeled gardenia fruits and red pepper powder, so that the materials are not agglomerated a mixing step of agitating wetted raw materials, wetted through the raw material preparation step, evenly at the ratio of 20 wt% or more of wetted grain powder, 50 wt% or less of wetted red pepper powder, and 5 wt% or more of wetted gardenia powder a compression and grinding step of causing pigments of wetted red pepper and wetted gardenia to evenly permeate wetted grain powder in the raw materials agitated through the mixing step and then grinding the final mixture finely a drying step of drying the wetted raw materials passed through the compression and grinding step to a water content of 15% or less and a secondary grinding step of grinding agglomerate particles produced through the drying step again and a packaging step.
