PURPOSE: A dehumidification type agriculture product dryer capable of improving drying efficiency and marketability is provided to remove the moisture from agriculture products and medical herbs by freeze-liquefying steam. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidification type agriculture product dryer comprises the following: a drying chamber(10) including an internal place for mounting trays(13) to store agriculture products, an air suction damper(14), and an air discharging damper(15)； a dehumidifier(20) installed on one upper side of the drying chamber for freeze-liquefying steam generated from a drying process of the agriculture products for removing the moisture； a compressor(40) compressing a refrigerant passed through the dehumidifier； a heat radiator(50) installed on one lower side of the drying chamber for discharging heat from the refrigerant and heating internal air； a blowing fan(30) circulating the internal air from the dehumidifier to the heat radiator and the drying chamber by force； and an infrared ray heater(60) applying infrared ray heat to the heated air.본 발명은 농산물이나 한약재 등을 건조하는 제습식 건조기에 관한 기술로서, 특히 방열기에서 건조실로 순환되는 더운 공기에 원적외선 열을 가하여 온도를 상승시키는 한편 공기를 부드럽게 순화시키므로 건조환경을 최적으로 조성하여 건조효율과 상품성을 높이는 제습식 농산물 건조기에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명의 실시예는 농산물이 담긴 채반이 적치되는 내부공간이 구비되고 흡기댐퍼와 배기댐퍼가 설치된 건조실과； 상기 건조실의 상부 한쪽에 설치되고 농산물의 건조과정으로 발생하는 수증기를 냉각 액화시켜 수분을 제거하는 제습기와； 상기 제습기를 경유한 냉매를 압축하는 압축기와； 상기 건조실의 하부 한쪽에 설치되고 압축기를 경유한 냉매의 열을 방출하여 내부공기를 가온시키는 방열기와； 상기 건조실에서 제습기와 방열기를 거쳐 다시 건조실로 내부공기를 강제 순환시키는 송풍팬과； 상기 건조실의 하부에 설치되고 방열기로부터 가온된 열풍에 원적외선 열을 가하는 원적외선 히터；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
