The present invention relates to a magnetic field generating device and an internal dose control radiotherapy device comprising same and, more particularly, to a magnetic field generating device and an internal dose control radiotherapy device comprising same, the magnetic field generating device comprising: a magnetic field generating portion for forming a magnetic field in an affected tissue in a direction intersecting with the direction in which radiation or a particle beam is emitted, and controlling charged particles； and a magnetic field shielding portion capable of attenuating the magnetic field leaking from the magnetic field generating portion to the external area.
