Disclosed is a radiation treatment apparatus characterized by controlling charged particles generated on an irradiated radiation path by adjusting a magnetic field direction and intensity.본 발명은 자기장 생성 장치 및 이를 구비하는 체내 선량 제어 방사선 치료 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 체내 선량 제어 방사선 치료 장치에 있어 자기장을 방사선의 조사 방향과 수직한 방향으로 환부 조직에 형성되도록 하는 자기장 발생부와 자기장 발생부에서 외부 영역으로 누설되는 자기장을 감쇠시킬 수 있는 자기장 차폐부를 가지는 자기장 생성 장치 및 이를 구비하는 체내 선량 제어 방사선 치료 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 방사선을 피조사체의 환부 조직으로 조사하는 방사선 조사부； 자기장을 상기 환부 조직에 형성하는 자기장 발생부； 및 상기 자기장 발생부를 내부 영역에 배치하여 외부 영역으로 누설되는 자기장을 감쇠시키는 자기장 차폐부；를 포함하며, 상기 자기장 발생부에서는 상기 자기장을 상기 방사선이 조사되는 제1 방향과 수직한 제2 방향으로 형성하며, 나아가 자기장 방향 및 세기를 조절하여 조사되는 방사선 경로상에 발생된 하전 입자를 제어 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 치료 장치를 개시한다.
