PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device that can alleviate an influence of stress applied from a non-bending direction of a bending part bending in two directions without increasing man hours for manufacturing the bending part and has a structure capable of realizing a small diameter of the bending part.SOLUTION: A bending part 12 is formed by connecting multiple bending pieces 32 along an insertion direction S. At least two bending pieces 32 adjacent to each other in the insertion direction S are connected at a connection part W that is provided at a connection position between a pair of base end connection portions 32b oppositely extending backward from each base end of the front-sided bending pieces 32 and a pair of tip connection portions 32a oppositely extending forward from each tip of the rear-sided bending pieces 32.
