To provide a treatment device for an endoscope capable of gripping a biological tissue appropriately.SOLUTION: A grip device 100 includes a long-sized sheath 10, a clip 110, and a slider 94 connected to the clip 110, which relatively moves the clip 110 to a position in which the clip 110 is protruded with respect to the tip of the sheath 10 and to a position in which the clip is depressed.
