PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for endoscope apparatuses capable of easily positioning a treatment part at a target position in a body cavity.SOLUTION: The treatment instrument for endoscope apparatuses includes: a long cylindrical flexible sheath 2 an operating wire 3 that is forward/rearward movably inserted in a cylinder of the flexible sheath 2 and a basket part 40 that is provided at a distal end of the operating wire 3 and is so formed that a plurality of elastic wires 5 are elastically contracted or expanded with their some intervals apart from each other.
