PURPOSE: A feed additive and a manufacturing method of milk-free feed for milk cows are provided to minimize the smell of fermenting chlorella by mixing liquid chlorella with a solid medium and inoculating and co-culturing lactobacillus and yeast. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive for milk-free feed for milk cows includes a chlorella-fermentation product as an active ingredient, wherein the chlorella fermentation product is obtained by a manufacturing method comprising the following steps of: (a) providing a culture mixture by inoculating Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies, lactobacillus and yeast in a mixture medium containing 30 to 50 weight% of liquid chlorella, wherein the mixture medium is obtained by mixing the liquid chlorella and a solid medium； (b) co-culturing the medium mixture obtained from the step (a) at a temperature of 35 to 40>；= for 72 to 90 times； and (c) drying the cultured product obtained from the step (b). The liquid chlorella is chlorella cultivation source liquid. The liquid chlorella is a concentrate and is obtained by concentrating the chlorella cultivation source liquid to contain 40 to 60 g of a chlorella solid material based on a wet weight per 100g of the concentrate.본 발명은 클로렐라-발효물, 바람직하게는 발효취를 최소화하여 가축의 섭취 기호도를 높인 클로렐라-발효물을 함유하는 고-유단백 우유 생성을 위한 비유 젖소용 사료 첨가제, 및 이를 이용한 고-유단백 우유 생성을 위한 비유 젖소 사료의 제조방법을 제공한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 (a) 액상 클로렐라 및 고체 배지를 혼합하여 얻어진 혼합 배지 중에 바실러스 속 균주, 유산균 및 효모를 접종하여 배양 혼합물을 제공하는 단계； (b) 단계(a)에서 얻어진 배양 혼합물을 35 내지 40 ℃에서 72 내지 90 시간 동안 공배양하는 단계； (c) 단계(b)에서 얻어진 배양물을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 클로렐라-발효물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 소의 성장촉진용 사료 첨가제, 및 이을 이용한 고-유단백 우유 생성을 위한 비유 젖소 사료의 제조방법을 제공한다.
