To appropriately set a plurality of fixation positions for acquiring a mosaic image using OCT, regardless of an individual difference in an eyeball.SOLUTION: A control unit of an ophthalmologic imaging apparatus according to the embodiment controls a fixation system and an image acquisition unit such that a front image of an eyeground is repeatedly acquired while fixation marks are moved. A drawing position determination unit analyzes a sequentially acquired front image to determine whether a predetermined site of the eyeground is drawn within a predetermined region of the front image. When it is determined that the predetermined site is drawn within the predetermined region, a fixation position setting unit sets a fixation position on the basis of the position of the fixation mark when the front image was acquired. The control unit controls the fixation system such that the fixation system sequentially presents a plurality of fixation marks corresponding to a plurality of fixation positions including the fixation position, and causes the OCT image acquisition unit to acquire a three-dimensional image of the eyeground while each of the fixation marks is presented.
