PURPOSE: A vegetation panel, a construction and repairing method of a vegetation retaining wall for a sloped surface using the same, and a construction method of a vegetation retaining wall for a banking area using the same are provided to allow the outer surface of a steep-sloped wall to have a stable slope by using a vegetation panel and to facilitate vegetation on the installed panel. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation panel comprises a panel body, a vegetative soil bag(20), a vegetation net(30), and a fixing frame(40). The panel body has at least one vegetation space(15) and is erected in a direction inclined at a designated angle from a perpendicular direction when settled on the ground. The vegetation soil bag is inserted to the vegetation space of the panel body and performs a vegetation function. The vegetation net is combined to an entrance of the vegetation space and prevents cracks or deformation of the vegetative soil bag. The fixing frame is combined to an edge of the entrance of the vegetation space of the panel body on the vegetation net to fix the vegetation net.본 발명은 식생이 가능한 식생판넬과 이를 이용한 사면 및 성토부의 식생옹벽 시공 및 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 적어도 하나 이상의 식생공간(15)이 형성되고 지면에 안착되면 수직한 방향으로부터 일정각도 경사진 방향으로 세워되는 판넬몸체(10)와, 상기 판넬몸체(10)의 식생공간(15)에 삽입되어 식생기능을 수행하는 녹화토낭(20)과, 상기 식생공간(15)의 전방 입구부에 탈착가능하도록 조립되고 다수의 구멍이 형성되는 식생망(30)과, 상기 식생망(30)을 사이에 두고 상기 식생공간(15)의 전방 입구부 가장자리에 결합되는 고정프레임(40)을 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에서는 식생판넬이 별도의 체결구 없이 자립가능하므로 다짐 시공시에 체결구에 의해 간섭받지 않고 용이하게 다짐공정을 진행할 수 있어, 작업공수가 줄어들고 작업성이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
