PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosynthetic panel, a photosynthetic rack, and a system for growing plants, which enable appropriate adjustment of the temperature of the plants.SOLUTION: The photosynthetic panel 10 includes: a radiant panel performing radiant heat exchange with plants P； and an LED light irradiating the plants P with light. The photosynthetic rack 20 includes a plurality of hollow photosynthetic panels 10, and a hollow supporting frame 24 supporting the panels. The system for growing plants 100 includes: the photosynthetic rack 20； an air temperature adjuster 31 adjusting the temperature of air A1； and a temperature-adjusted air duct 32 introducing the air A1 the temperature of which is adjusted by the air temperature adjuster 31, to the inside of the supporting frame 24. The temperature-adjusted air A1 is supplied to the radiant panel via the hollow supporting frame 24, and the radiant panel performs radiant heat exchange with the plant P, so that perspiration is suppressed to appropriately adjust the temperature of the plants P. The LED light reduces heat generation associated with the irradiation so as to reduce thermal load on the radiant panel.
