In the present invention, provided is a circulation cultivation apparatus for plants, including: a frame consisting of a pair of column members which stand on ground with a gap and are fixed and installed, and a shaft member which is crossed through the column members and installed to be rotated； a plurality of panel members which are installed at equal intervals in a radial shape to face each other on both ends part of the shaft member on the frame and to be rotated； a plurality of rack members which are hung up the both panel members facing each other in a swing form to be rotated and are accordingly supported； and a plurality of planting boxes which are installed respectively on the rack members where plants are planted.
