PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powdered propolis composition, masking a bad smell and irritating property peculiar to the propolis extract, and having excellent versatility.SOLUTION: The powdered propolis composition contains 25-125 pts.wt. coffee and 50-300 pts.wt. cyclodextrin to 100 pts.wt. propolis extract solid.
