PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and efficient method for producing a sustained-release slime control composition containing a bactericidal component against bacteria such as iron bacteria, etc., and a method for concretely installing the composition irrespectively of freshwater and seawater.SOLUTION: The method for producing a sustained-release slime control composition includes a process for heating and mixing (a) a higher fatty acid and a polyethylene glycol as binders solid at normal temperature with (b) one or more as a bactericidal component selected from the group consisting of dimethyl didecyl ammonium chloride, dimethyl isononyl decyl ammonium chloride, dimethyl dioctyl ammonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, copper sulfate and copper terephthalate and (c) one or more as an auxiliary selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol, an oil-absorbing fine powder and a physicochemical regulator and then a process for casting the liquid composition obtained by heating and mixing into a mold, allowing the composition to stand naturally or forcedly reducing the temperature of the composition to solidify and mold the composition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】鉄バクテリア等細菌類に対する殺菌成分を含有する徐放性スライムコントロール組成物の安全かつ効率的な製造方法と淡水海水関係なく具体的に設置できる方法の提供。【解決手段】(a)結合剤として常温で固体の高級脂肪酸及びポリエチレングリコールと、(b)殺菌成分としてジメチルジデシルアンモニウムクロライド、ジメチルイソノニルデシルアンモニウムクロライド、ジメチルジオクチルアンモニウムクロライド、塩化ベンゼトニウム、硫酸銅、テレフタル酸銅からなる群から選択される一種又は二種以上と、(c)助剤としてポリビニルアルコール、吸油性微粉末、物理化学性調節剤からなる群から選択された一種又は二種以上と、を加熱混合する工程、次いで、加熱混合して得られる液状組成物を型枠に流し込み、自然放置、又は強制的に品温低下させることで固体化させて成型する工程を有することを特徴とする徐放性スライムコントロール組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
