PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus for observing an inner wall of a gastrointestinal tract in a wide range while reducing a frequency to change a posture of a subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 3, etc. is rotated around a body axis of a subject M by a rotation mechanism so as to obtain slit images captured from multiple directions. Then, necessity to change a posture is reduced, to thereby reduce a frequency to change a posture. Consequently, a load on a subject M due to posture change is reduced. Slit images are the images obtained by imaging a subject M from the front so that an inner wall of a gastrointestinal tract DT can be minutely observed. Slit images obtained by imaging from the front are connected so as to compose one development image. Not only an inner wall of a gastrointestinal tract DT can be observed in a wide range from one development image, but also the inner wall can be minutely observed from the one development image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】被検体の体位変換の回数を減少させつつ、消化管の内壁を広範囲に観察するX線撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転機構によりX線管3等を被検体Mの体軸周りに回転させて、複数方向から撮影したスリット画像を取得している。そのため、体位変換の必要性が減少し、体位変換の回数を減少できる。その結果、体位変換による被検体Mの負担を軽減できる。また、スリット画像は、被検体Mを正面から撮影した画像であるので、消化管DTの内壁を詳細に観察できる。この正面から撮影したスリット画像を繋ぎ合わせて1枚の展開画像を生成している。1枚の展開画像から広範囲に消化管DTの内壁を観察できるだけでなく、1枚の展開画像からその内壁を詳細に観察することができる。【選択図】図4
