PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid preparation for oral administration that allows to carry out imaging of CT colonography after being administered at an appropriate timing, and to provide a composition for imaging of digestive tract used for preparing the liquid preparation for oral administration.SOLUTION: The liquid preparation for oral administration, which can be used in the imaging of the digestive tract in CT colonography, contains an iodine compound, a water-soluble polymer or a saline purgative, and a visual marker for visually determining presence/absence of excretion from a colon after an oral ingestion.
