CONSTITUTION: A producing method of instant noodles containing gastrodia elata comprises the following steps: heat-processing dried gastrodia elata at 100-110deg C for 3-5hours before grinding, or hot-water steaming the dried gastrodia elata before drying and grinding； crushing the gastrodia elata powder into 350mesh； mixing the gastrodia elata powder with potato starch, oxidized starch, gluten, flour, palm oil, salt, seasoning oil-R, sodium pyrophosphate, guar gum, vitamin B2, and purified water； and kneading, steaming, frying, and cooling the dough.본 발명은 천마를 열처리하여 특유의 맛과 냄새를 제거한 천마분말을 필요량의 감자전분, 산화전분, 글루텐, 밀가루, 팜유, 소금, 감미유-R, 피로인산나트륨, 구아검, 결면제, 비타민B2 및 정제수 등의 라면 원부재를 혼합 및 반죽하여 압연ㆍ증숙ㆍ유탕ㆍ냉각 및 포장하여 천마라면을 제조한다.본 발명은 국산원료를 사용하므로 소비자에게는 건강기능성분을 제공하고 지역 농민에게는 수익창출에 기여할 수 있다.
