The new utility provides an apparatus and a system for making high pressure atomized ozone water, and relates to the field of environment treatment. The apparatus comprises a first pressurizing device, an ozone generator, a water supply device, a first pipeline, a second pipeline and a spraying device, the first pressurizing device communicates with the ozone generator, the first pipeline respectively communicates with the ozone generator and the sprinkling device, and the second pipeline respectively communicates with the water supply and the sprinkling device. The first pressurizing device is used for feeding high pressure air into the ozone generator, and the ozone generator is used for converting a part of the high pressure air into high pressure ozone and feeding the high pressure ozone or the unconverted high pressure air to the sprinkling device； and the water supply device is used for feeding water or ozone water into the sprinkling device to make the water and the high pressure ozone mixed in the sprinkling device in order to form atomized ozone water or to make the ozone water and the unconverted high pressure air mixed in the sprinkling device in order to form the atomized ozone water. The apparatus and the system provide a cleaning agent for cleaning air, dissolving chemical gases and guaranteeing the healthiness of the environment.
