PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator for generating ultrafine bubbles containing ozone, which can release the heat of a light source efficiently by a simple method.SOLUTION: An ultrafine air bubble generator 1 or a generation device for ultra-fine air bubbles containing ozone comprises: an air bubble generating medium 2 formed of a porous high-density composite or a composite of partially or wholly graphite or a nonmetal； a pump 4 (or pressure-feeding means) for feeding a gas into the air bubble generating medium 2； and a light source 3 for generating ozone by irradiating said gas with an ultraviolet ray, and the light source 3 is arranged inside of the air bubble generating medium 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
