According to one embodiment, a face cleaning apparatus using air bubbles and heating pads comprises: an air bubble generator pad which includes a first air bubble generator which is placed at an inner edge portion in a liquid and receives exterior air to generates a first air bubble, and a sound wave generator which is placed at an inner central portion in the liquid and changes first electric energy applied from the outside to vibration energy； a body which includes a power source which provides electric energy, an air pump which receives the exterior air to supply air to the air bubble generator, and a regulator which regulates the electric energy from the power source to apply the first electric energy to the sound wave generator； a central processor controlling operation of the regulator； a light emitting unit which is placed at the air bubble generator or the sound wave generator and emits light to treat the skin immersed into the liquid； and a piezoelectric element which is placed adjacent to the air bubble generator or the sound wave generator and generates second electric energy. The sound wave generator generates ultrasonic wave vibrations having different frequencies, each of the ultrasonic wave vibrations being generated simultaneously or over a set interval to generate a second air bubble. The central processor controls operation of the air pump and the regulator, according to an external input order or a pre-inputted pattern.
