<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrafine-bubble water (nanobubble water) capable of retaining nanobubbles for a long period of time, and excellent in properties such as an activation effect on living organisms. <；P>；SOLUTION: The ultrafine-bubble water is prepared by the steps of: adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% of an ionized mineral liquid containing at least one ionized mineral in purified water； generating fine bubbles with diameters of &le；50 &mu；m in the purified water； and applying physical stimuli to the fine bubbles by irradiation with ultrasonic waves of 25-30 kHz. The ultrafine-bubble water is excellent in properties such as an activation effect on living organisms, because it has an increased amount of dissolved oxygen, retains nanobubbles in the purified water for a long period of time, and furthermore, has increased electric conductivity.
