PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making pod bean sorter which exhibits an unconventional action effect.SOLUTION: A sorter for pod bean which sorts a pod bean 52, in which beans 51 are contained in a pod 50, into a pod bean 52a in which thick wall beans 51a which are thicker than a prescribed wall thickness X are contained in a pod, and into a pod bean 52b in which thin wall beans 51b of which all beans 51 are thinner than the prescribed wall thickness X are contained in a pod. The device has a pod bean transport part 1 which transports the pod bean 52 in a vertical state that a lengthwise direction of the pod bean 52 becomes a transportation direction, and front and rear faces 50 of the pod bean 52 becomes a direction orthogonal to the transportation direction. The pod bean transport part 1 is provided with a fitting guide part 2 which guides the front and rear faces 50 of the pod bean 52 and in a bottom of which an outer peripheral edge of the pod bean 52 is fitted, and further, a sorting drop opening 3 is provided at a downstream side end part in a pod bean transportation direction of the fitting guide part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、従来にない作用効果を発揮する画期的な莢入り豆選別装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】莢50に豆粒51が入った莢入り豆52を所定の肉厚X以上の肉厚豆粒51aが入った莢入り豆52aと、全ての豆粒51が所定の肉厚Xよりも肉薄な肉薄豆粒51bが入った莢入り豆52bとを選別する莢入り豆選別装置であって、前記莢入り豆52の長さ方向が搬送方向となり且つ該莢入り豆52の表裏面50’が搬送方向と直交する方向となる縦状態で該莢入り豆52を搬送する莢入り豆搬送部1を有し、この莢入り豆搬送部1には前記莢入り豆52の表裏面50’をガイドし底部に前記莢入り豆52の外周縁が嵌入される嵌入ガイド部2が設けられ、また、この嵌入ガイド部2の莢入り豆搬送方向下流側端部には選別落下開口部3が設けられたものである。【選択図】図1
