PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomography apparatus capable of accurately performing tomosynthesis imaging on a patient or like with difficulty of standing up while suppressing an introduction cost by using existing equipment of a facility.SOLUTION: A radiation tomography apparatus 1 includes a radiation detector F which acquires a projection image S with a plurality of radiation detection elements 7 arranged on a surface 4a of a substrate 4, a radiation source 61 which irradiates the radiation detector F with radiation via a subject H, a subject table 70 which holds the subject H, and a conveyance device 71 which moves the subject table 70 in a prescribed direction. The conveyance device 71 moves the subject H held by the subject table 70 in a direction parallel to the extension direction of the surface 4a of the substrate 4 of the radiation detector F between the radiation source 61 and the radiation detector F whose positions are fixed by moving the subject table 70.
