PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device capable of preventing charging due to vibration at the time of transportation of a radiation detector.SOLUTION: Conductive rubber 46 is attached to a surface opposite to a surface of a radiation detector 20 where the radiation detector 20 is attached to a top plate 41B of a housing 41 of an electronic cassette 40, and is supported by a surface opposite to the top plate 41B of the housing 41.
