PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making soybean sorter which exhibits a novel action effect.SOLUTION: A soybean sorter which excludes defective soybeans 50 to sort defective soybeans 50 from non-defective soybeans 50, has a soybean transportation unit 1 that transports the soybeans 50 in a vertical position where the longitudinal ends of the soybeans 50 coincide with the transportation direction and the front and rear faces 50a of the soybeans 50 coincide with the left-right direction. This soybean transportation unit 1 is provided with a guide 2 that guides the front and rear faces 50a of the soybeans 50.
