PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet inspection device which can suppress reduction of inspection efficiency without increase of the device size.SOLUTION: A tablet inspection device comprises: an arrangement transport unit 4 for arranging and transporting tablets T supplied from a supply port 31 and an inspection processing unit for inspecting tablets arranged and transported by the arrangement transport unit. The arrangement transport unit comprises: a belt V which is driven toward the inspection processing unit from the supply port and multiple guide portions 41, 42 which are sequentially arranged along a transport path 20, obliquely cross the transport path of tablets on the belt, and guide the movement of the tablets with which the guide portions makes contact in a width direction of the belt. Of the multiple guide portions, an upstream first guide portion is configured so that an upstream-side end thereof is positioned on one side of the width direction, and a downstream-side end is positioned on the other side opposite to the one side of the width direction relative to the upstream-side end.
