PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding device in which water discharged from a plurality of watering pipes disposed in the front and rear in a conveying direction is prevented from overflowing out of a seedling tray.SOLUTION: A seeder 1 includes: a tray conveying device 8 for conveying a seedling tray 2 and a soil supply device 20, a watering device 30, a seeding device 50 and a soil covering device 60 disposed on the tray conveying device 8.
