PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply adjust the width, depth, and tablet separation position of a guide groove of a rotor according to the size of tablets to be delivered.SOLUTION: There are included a plurality of movable pieces 13 that are movable in a radial direction of a rotor 3 and constitute a face in a radial direction of each of the rotors of a plurality of tablet guide grooves 88. A movable piece moving mechanism 15 that moves each of the movable pieces 13 is provided and allows the plurality of movable pieces to be radially moved according to sizes of tablets, thereby regulating depths of the plurality of tablet guide grooves. Furthermore, groove width regulating mechanisms 17, 18, 19 are provided that relatively move a side face on both sides of the tablet guide grooves in a circumferential direction of the rotor 3.
