PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align and convey skewers even if many skewers are loaded at the same time in a skewer aligning device for conveying loaded skewers for dumpling in such a state as aligned in one line.SOLUTION: The skewer aligning device 5 includes: a box-shaped skewer loading part 21 for loading skewers 100 a box-shaped aligning table 22 having an aligning/conveying face 31 connected in such a way as extended from the lower end in the direction of inclination of an inclined bottom face 26 of the table for aligning skewers and an aligning/conveying means 23 disposed at the proximal end in the direction of extension of the aligning/conveying face for energizing the skewers disposed on the aligning/conveying face toward the distal end in the direction of extension of the aligning/conveying face one by one. In the skewer aligning device 5, a partition plate 25 for supporting the skewers accumulated inside the skewer loading part is disposed between the skewer loading part and the aligning table.
