Mélange de ciment osseux motorisé et système d'administration qui permet à un utilisateur de détacher le dispositif d'administration à partir du mélangeur pour distribution
A bone cement mixing and delivery system comprises a mixer with a mixing chamber and a paddle and a piston moveably disposed therein. An electrically actuated drive assembly moves said paddle in and said piston through the mixing chamber. A delivery device has a reservoir for receiving mixed bone cement discharged from the mixing chamber with a proximal end opening and a delivery port in the opposed distal end. A plunger is disposed within the reservoir and has a head for moving from the reservoir proximal end opening towards the reservoir distal end to drive cement out of the delivery port. The reservoir has an entry port and a transfer conduit extends from a mixing chamber exit port to the reservoir entry port for transferring the cement into the reservoir. A one-way valve allowing flow into and preventing flow out of the reservoir is mounted to the reservoir entry port.
