PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device which prevents failure caused by an excess length part of a flexible substrate, has good electrical and physical connection of the flexible substrate, and achieves excellent assemblability and noise elimination performance.SOLUTION: A camera control unit includes: a first connector 33 provided at a panel electric part 16 a second connector 29a provided at a position spaced a distance L1 away from the first connector 33 a flexible substrate 35L where one end part is connected with the first connector 33 and the other end part is connected with the second connector 29a and a ferrite core 38 in which a through hole into which the flexible substrate 35L is inserted is provided, the ferrite core 38 having flat surfaces 38c, 38d as outer surfaces. A lenth of the flexible substrate 35L is set so that an excess length part appears in a space defined by the distance L1 in a state where the flexible substrate 35L connects the panel electric part 16 with the second connector 29a. Slack parts 43a, 43b appearing in the space are wound around the flat surfaces 38c, 38d of the ferrite core 38 to be stored.
