PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-to-assemble planter facilitated in production and assembly, and reduced in production cost.SOLUTION: The ready-to-assemble planter includes: a plurality pieces of planter panels usable as side plates 10 forming four side wall parts 9, 9, 9, 9 of a square frame body 2 and also usable as a bottom plate 12 forming the bottom surface part 5 of the square frame body 2 and joint supports 7 disposed at four corners of the square frame body 2. The planter panels 6 have joint projection pieces 16, 16 at both edge surfaces of a base plate 13 presenting a horizontally long rectangular plate shape. The horizontal length of the base plate 13 equals to a length obtained by dividing the length of one side of an open bottom part at the inside space of the square-shape frame body 2 by the number of pieces of the planter panels to be laid while abutting on each other for forming the bottom surface part 5. Support pieces 20 set to the lower part of the side panels 10 support the joint projection pieces 16 of the planter panels 6 from below.
