The present invention relates to a new variety varieties of rice varieties having low amylose and fractional processability. The micropowder of the present invention has a lower amylose content, a lower protein content and a better quality grain-leaving characteristic than the parent variety, which is considered as a new high-quality rice variety corresponding to consumers' preferences.본 발명은 저 아밀로즈 특성 및 분상질 가공성 적합도를 갖는 벼 신품종 변종식물 미분미에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미분미는 모품종인 일품벼보다 낮은 아밀로즈 함량, 낮은 단백질 함량 및 분상질 배유 특징을 갖고 있어 소비자의 기호에 부응하는 고품질 벼 신품종인 것으로 평가된다.
