PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-absorbing sheet excellent in absorbability of drips even in the case when used in a state of arranging foods on a surface layer side as well as on a back surface layer side.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid-absorbing sheet 10 which absorbs drips leaked from foods. The liquid-absorbing sheet has a liquid-absorbing layer 11 capable of absorbing a liquid, a surface layer 12 comprising a synthetic resin arranged on the surface of the liquid-absorbing layer 11 and a back surface layer 13 comprising a synthetic resin arranged on the back surface of the liquid-absorbing layer 11, wherein the surface layer 12 and the back surface layer 13 have a plurality of through-holes (12a and 13a), and positions of the through-holes 12a formed in the surface layer do not face positions of the through-holes 13a formed in the back surface layer. The liquid-absorbing sheet 10 can absorb drips leaked from foods on the surface layer side and the back surface side with the liquid absorbing layer 11, even when it is used in a condition of arranging foods on the surface layer side as well as on the back surface layer side, and influence on the foods caused by readhesion can be prevented, as the absorbed drips hardly leak out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】表面層側とともに裏面層側に食品を配置した状態で使用した場合にもドリップの吸収性に優れる液吸収シートを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】食品から出るドリップを吸収する液吸収シート10であって、液体を吸収可能な液吸収層11と、液吸収層11の表面に配設された合成樹脂からなる表面層12と、液吸収層11の裏面に配設された合成樹脂からなる裏面層13とを有し、表面層12および裏面層13が複数の貫通孔(12aおよび13a)を備え、表面層が備える貫通孔12aの位置が、裏面層が備える貫通孔13aの位置に対向しないことを特徴とする液吸収シートである。この液吸収シート10は、表面層側とともに裏面層側に食品を配置した状態で使用した場合にも、表面層側および裏面層側の食品から滲み出したドリップを液吸収層11で吸収でき、吸収されたドリップが流出し難いことから、再付着して食品に影響を及ぼすのを防止できる。【選択図】図1
