PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet sheet for pets to quickly absorb urine without leaking from a margin, prevent generation of bad smells and keep a room clean, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The toilet sheet 1 for pets comprises a nonwoven fabric 21, a liquid-impermeable film 41 and a liquid absorbing sheet 3 existing between the liquid-impermeable film 41 and the nonwoven fabric 21 and constituted of a first water-absorbing polymer layer 311, a first pulp layer 321, a second water absorbing polymer layer 312 and a second pulp layer 322 from the side of the nonwoven fabric 21 to the side of the liquid-impermeable film 41 in this order.
