PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal absorption formulation including a support body, an adhesive layer and a liner, capable of suppressing transdermal permeation of an adrenal cortical steroid medical agent included in the adhesive layer, capable of continuously achieving transdermal absorption of the agent in an enough amount to develop the effect of the agent for a long period of time, showing no decrease in the adhesive characteristic of the adhesive, and giving little cutaneous stimulation.SOLUTION: The transdermal absorption formulation includes a support body, a polyisobutylene adhesive layer and a liner, in which the polyisobutylene adhesive layer contains an adrenal cortical steroid medical agent and preferably 0.1 to 5.0 mass% of a vinyl acetate resin.
