The device for preparing black burdock tea comprises: a steaming device configured to prepare black burdock by heating and steaming burdock at low temperature for a predetermined time； a hot-air dryer configured to dry the black burdock provided from the steaming device by providing heat energy and wind to the black burdock； a roasting device configured to heat and roast the black burdock discharged from the hot-air dryer； a natural dryer configured to dry, at room temperature, the black burdock discharged from the roasting device； and an extracting device configured to dry the black burdock provided from the natural dryer by removing moisture from the black burdock. The roasting device includes: a drum member having an inlet and an outlet to enable the black burdock to pass therethrough； a driving shaft rotatably installed on the drum member and having a plurality of stirring units； and an accommodation unit installed on a circumferential surface of the drum member and having a heat medium accommodated and heated therein to indirectly heat the drum member.
